COMMERCIAL FONT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Commercial Font License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Garrey Griego, doing business as Garrey's Fonts ("Licensor"), and the purchaser
("Licensee").

1. **Definitions**: - "Design" means the complete font set, alphabet, symbols, artwork, or any digital representation of the licensed typeface. - "Commercial Use" means use of the Design in any for-profit product, service, or marketing material, including but not limited to digital and print media.
   
2. **Grant of License**: Licensor grants Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Design for up to 10,000 copies/products for Commercial Use.
   
3. **Delivery**: The Design will be delivered digitally as .OTF and .TTF font files via a secure download link.
   
4.  **Restrictions**: Licensee may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify the Design for resale without prior written consent.
   
5. **Termination**: This license will terminate automatically if Licensee violates any term of this Agreement. All rights granted will be revoked, and any fees paid are non-refundable.
   
6. **Liability Disclaimer**: Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use or
   misuse of the Design.
   
7. **Warranty**: Licensor warrants that the Design is original and does not infringe upon the
   rights of any third party.
   
8.  **Audit Rights**: Licensor reserves the right to request proof of use, invoices, or production
   counts to verify compliance.
   
9. **Governing Law**: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
   Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
